2. Is property management and leasing your company's only business?
3. Do you have sales agents answering your marketing lines, or full-time leasing specialists?
4. Do you have a separate leasing department staffed with full-time agents?
5. Do you have an established referral network with other real estate companies for potential renters?
6. How many employees do you have?
7. Are you current and knowledgeable on Lead Paint regulations and other laws regarding rental properties?
8. Do you regularly inspect your properties?
9. Do you have a maintenance department?
10. Do you have a 24 hr emergency response service for after hours emergencies?
11. Is your management fee all-inclusive?
