Due in large part to Noahs’ excellent management, that renter remained in our property for five years, and the cleanup/repair needed after their departure was minimal. Each year Marc’s team and the A to Z Home Repair Service (manage by Jeff Cameron) responded to all renter requests for help, notifying us only when necessary. It provided the renter a nice home with easy repairs (even emergency repairs) just one phone call away and provided us a worry free way to rent our property out. The renewal for the renter was seamless to us. Noahs’ Preferred Properties kept abreast of state rental property rate recommendations and worked with us and the renter to come up with the rate increase, always ensuring all parties were properly taken care of and heard in the process.
We live in another state. When our renter vacated the property, we decided to sell the home and were concerned how that could be done; however, our concern was for not. Marc recommended an excellent realtor that we used. Noahs’ and A to Z stayed with us to the bitter end by keeping our account open and responding to the many requests for repair, updating, or general house cleaning to get the townhouse on the market and through the inspections and reviews necessary for the closing.
