New Maintenance Requests

Tenants: To submit a maintenance request, log into your INOSIO account. Once in, navigate to the Maintenance Portal.

NOTE: If you do not currently have an INOSIO account for rental payments, you can still use INOSIO for maintenance requests.  It’s takes a few moments to set up an account, and once you are in, simply navigate to the Maintenance Portal by looking for the wrench icon, to submit your request.
