Curb appeal isn’t just a real estate marketing catch phrase. Curb appeal is how beautiful your property is to the passersby on the street.

Yes, your rental might have inner beauty, but the exterior decor is the first details a prospective tenant will see. You can spend a lot upgrading the interior of your property, but your outside view should be outstanding too.

Walk around your property and look at it from all sides with fresh eyes.  Drive by in your car as well.  Make a note of everything you feel could be improved.  Think of additions that will be eye-catching like a pop of color on the door, a splash of bright pink flowers in a window box, or a clever mailbox. Many projects can be done in a day using your know-how and elbow grease.

Have A Door To Adore
