To complete the Noah’s Preferred Properties Tenant Application(s), you will need to be at a computer, collect information and documents, and pay an application fee of $50 plus online fee.

1. You will be required to complete your application completely prior to submitting the application(this will include uploading license and proof of income). You will create an account with Inosio which will allow you to start and stop your application as you gather the necessary supporting documents. Remember your email address & password so you can log back into your account!
2. If there are multiple adult occupants, one adult will start the application. Then they will invite the co-applicant and co-signers to the shared application. All of the applicant data will be submitted together for review by the property manager.
3. An application fee of $50 each adult is required to submit your application. The application fee will be paid in a single transaction.
4. If you use your phone to complete your application you can use your phone’s camera to take pictures of supporting documents like your photo ID, paystubs, etc.
5. You will receive updates about your application through email via Inosio. Expect to receive a submission confirmation, then an approval or denial notification. You may also receive a request to modify your application – this is usually due to incomplete or missing application data. Please take the time to complete the application fully and thoroughly.
